Appointment Cancellations: 24-Hour Notice: We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. No-Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost and termination for future appointments. Rescheduling: 24-Hour Notice: Rescheduling request must also be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. If rescheduling within 24 hours, fee may apply. Late Arrivals: Grace Period: We understand that things happen. A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed for late arrivals. Reduced Service: Arriving late may result in a shortened service time to accommodate the next client. Rescheduling: If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a fee may apply. Emergencies: Case-By-Case Basis: We understand that emergencies happen. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will handle it on a case-by-case basis. Health & Safety: Please arrive with clean, makeup free lashes. Inform us of any eye conditions or allergies before your appointment. Children & Guest: For safety and relaxation, children and extra guest are not ALLOWED in the studio during your appointment. Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments. Refund Policy: NO refunds are given for completed services. If you experience any issues, please contact us 48 hours for a complimentary fix. Aftercare Instructions: Follow our aftercare instructions to maintain your lashes and ensure longevity. Avoid oil-based products, excessive rubbing, and water exposure for the first 24 hours. Client Confidentiality: Your personal information and any discussions during appointment will be kept confidential. Behavior: We maintain a professional and respectful environment.
